  • R-TOSS shows order status ONLY for Terra-manufactured items that have been released to production. If you see an error message, call to verify that your order has been released and that it contains Terra-made items
  • All products on your order carry a single TUI Ref Number
  • Before production, Terra schedules days for each task and establishes a Plan Schedule
  • During production, actual progress is scanned for each task
  • Daily, actual progress is used to issue a Projected Schedule
  • Daily, all data are uploaded to the R-TOSS and displayed below
  • Work Days for each product are shown as:
    • Green = Completed
    • Yellow = Open
    • Blue = Ahead of Schedule
    • Red = Behind Schedule

  RTOSS indicates the job was completed in 20 days, three days fewer than estimated (underrun days shown in blue)
