Designed specifically for cleanroom applications, this stainless steel vacuum is equipped with a HEPA filter on both the working and cooling airflows.

For dry applications, large particles are trapped in a 12-gallon disposable bag. An impact filter protects the float valve from clogging debris (stage one) and a unique main filter consists of 105 porous polyethylene filter elements (stage 2). Finer particles are trapped as air passes through a 0.5µm, 99.9986% efficient microfilter (stage 3) and then through two final HEPA (0.3µm at 99.97% efficiency) or ULPA (0.12µm at 99.999% efficiency) filters (stage 4). For special applications, an additional HEPA or ULPA filter can be inserted upstream of the motor.

Liquid spills are collected directly into the 19-gallon stainless steel tank. A float valve cuts off vacuum flow when tank is full, and a drain valve option is available for easy emptying and disposal. All critical filters are protected from moisture by splash guard and polyethylene filters.
