These unique Pass Throughs feature all-continuous-seam welds with radius corners to produce ultra-clean, smooth internal surfaces that wipe down quickly and easily. Their no-lip design eliminates clearance restrictions and gives you full use of the chamber interior. This design simplifies the transfer of materials into and out of the cleanroom or laboratory.
All components of these chambers have been engineered to optimize cleanliness and simplify disinfection. The doors feature inset polyurethane, a durable, chemically resistant, non-contaminating elastomer, which seals against the raised edge along the chamber perimeter. This bioseal eliminates the need for adhesive gaskets that can creep, crack and outgas.

Doors are available with and without tempered glass viewing windows. Both door styles can be easily removed after pass-through installation, allowing you to interchange models. They are also designed to be steam sterilized to help maintain an aseptic environment.
The rugged interlock mechanism prevents the handle and latch of either door from moving when the opposing door is open, protecting your cleanroom or laboratory from contamination during material transfer. The rugged latch pins resist up to 200 pounds (90.7 kg) of force, ensuring that an interlocked door cannot be forced open.
The isolated interlock design further optimizes cleanliness. Because the mechanism is mounted in its own, narrow-profile housing, the inside of the pass-through chamber remains unobstructed and easy to sterilize.

All models include two sets of stainless steel mounting brackets, which help support the chamber and cover the wall cut-out. Standard configuration is a mounting bracket welded 2” (51 mm) from the front of the chamber on the “clean” side; the remaining bracket is bolted to the wall on the “dirty” side of the wall and fits tightly against the chamber. This design accommodates walls of varying thicknesses and ensures minimal intrusion into valuable cleanroom space. Specify other desired bracket location when ordering.
