Terra Universal's Wafer Fab Tool Cabinets feature steel-reinforced polypropylene construction that resists a wide range of acids and other corrosives, making them ideal for applications in wet processing areas, cleaning areas, and other wafer fab locations.
They provide the strength and cleanliness required for storing wafer processing tools, quartz tubes and vessels, injectors, thermocouples, and other critical components. Specialized parts fixtures ensure safe, secure storage, and locking doors protect against unauthorized access.
The viewing windows are available in acrylic or static-dissipative PVC, which helps control static charges and the contaminants they attract. Both materials are transparent to allow easy identification of cabinet contents.
Terra's wafer tool cabinets are available in many standard sizes and configurations of shelves, drawers, cubbyholes, and other receptacles. These units can also be customized to meet your specific requirements - just send us your specifications.
All models come with heavy-duty 4" polyurethane locking casters, allowing these units to be easily moved into place. Adjustable footings facilitate leveling of cabinets.
