Laminar Flow Module Provides Effective Particle Control
Choose between models with or without the HEPA filter/blower module. This module, positioned above the storage area, includes a quiet, direct-drive, variable-speed blower. The blower is mounted above a filter unit which accommodates a HEPA filter (sold separately) rated 99.99% efficient at removing particles 0.3µm and larger.

This blower/filter module delivers up to 120 linear feet/minute of air, a continuous downstream that blocks the inrush of contaminants into the storage area and helps to keep cleanroom supplies particle-free. An air outlet located at the bottom of the storage area discharges air along with any contaminants that may have entered the cabinet. All blower/filter components are easily accessible through a swing-up front panel.

Versatile Shelf/Post Design Accommodates Variety of Storage Modules
Two chrome-plated wire shelves, mounted on four chrome-plated vertical posts, are furnished standard with each cabinet. Shelves allow an uninterrupted vertical flow of air, and their patented split-sleeve design lets you install additional shelves on the support posts and adjust shelf height to suit your requirements. In addition to wire shelves, we offer several other storage modules that are ideal for clean, organized storage of cleanroom supplies (see photo and ordering information below).

Cabinets are made of powder-coated or 304 stainless steel. The cabinets feature transparent, overlapping access doors which can be ordered in clear acrylic or static-dissipative PVC. Static-Dissipative PVC combines excellent chemical resistance with a surface resistivity between 10⁶ and 10⁸ ohms/square to help control static and particles.
