The Sneeze Guard™ is used in all microelectronics operations that involve microscopes. It functions effectively as a face mask without the inconvenience and expense, and is available in both acrylic and static-dissipative PVC. In addition to our standard models, Terra can create Sneeze Guards in custom sizes and configurations.
Acrylic attracts and aggregates particles, adding to cleaning costs. It's difficult to sterilize. It poses a serious ESD (electro-static discharge) threat.
