Terra's complete line of desiccator cabinets provide the protection your sensitive microelectronic products need from airborne contaminants, electrostatic discharge, and excessive temperature and humidity. But what about security—from fire, explosion—or unauthorized access?

Because microelectronic devices demand specially stringent protection against heat, humidity, ESD, and particle contamination, standard safes designed to protect paper records are inadequate. Internal temperatures in these units can reach as high as 350°F, and they offer little guarantee of stable humidity, positive pressure, or contamination control. Resulting conditions may leave paper products intact, but they destroy or degrade your microelectronic materials and devices.

That's why we've incorporated all of the advanced features of our desiccator cabinets into this security system. The eight-door design of the inner shell minimizes exposure to inrushing contaminants, and a continuous purge of gas maintains a positive pressure. Outside, the Double Agent Desiccator™ looks—and functions—like the toughest, most tamper-proof safes available. Tests indicate that these systems maintain safe levels of heat and humidity inside under extreme conditions outside--even with external temperatures as high as 1700°F! And the many locking features of the Double Agent Desiccator™ are designed to guard against unauthorized access—and to rout the most determined spy.

The Double Agent Desiccator™ features two external doors equipped with 3-wheel changeable Sargent & Greenleaf locks and Spy-Proof dials; both doors lock on the top, bottom and side. The one-piece front door seat provides an even surface for flush closing of all eight doors, thus guaranteeing a reliable seal. The eight-door design ensures convenient access to any storage area while minimizing the possibility of particle contamination. The desiccator features an Automatic RB® Valve.

For enhanced static control, Terra offers the Double Agent Desiccator with transparent Static-Dissipative PVC, which protects against static charges and the particles they attract.

Built-in shelf racks allow additional shelves to be installed. Two locking drawers positioned below the desiccator come with their own keys.
