Hybrid Package Drying/Degassing Glove Box

Packages are cycled through a vacuum chamber to remove moisture prior to introduction into the main stainless steel isolation chamber. A dry nitrogen purge maintains a low humidity level for processing.

A Nitrogen Generator provides a continuous flow of 99% pure nitrogen. Parts are removed via the pass-through vacuum chamber, where they may undergo a second degassing cycle.
