The DryCycler™ quickly removes moisture and oxygen
from process gas (generally nitrogen, argon or helium) inside
a glove box or other processing chamber.
A humidity controller activates the dehydration module,
which consists of dual molecular sieves and a catalytic converter,
to maintain a humidity set point. A regeneration module includes
a heating system to remove moisture and a hydrogen unit to
restore the catalytic converter. Dual HEPA filters ensure
a particle-free airflow. Requires separate hydrogen gas source
and gas pump for catalytic regeneration.
