This Next-Generation Vacuum Sealer sets a new standard by which vacuum sealers will be measured.

This workhorse incorporates an exclusive “Smart Pad” control center for easy, efficient cycling. It includes 98 independent digital gas/vacuum cycle timers, multi cycle/reverse cycle, manual override by any timer, cycle counter, scheduled maintenance alarms, on-board electronic user and troubleshooting guides, and password-controlled lock-outs. The “soft touch” retractable nozzles, with Long Reach and High-Efficiency Orifice, simplify product loading/unloading, allowing hands-free operation in most cases and minimizing both contamination and seal imperfections. These features provide everything needed to meet GMP, ISO 9000, and operational flexibility requirements.

Clean, Reliable Operations
This unit is ideal for cleanroom sealing operations. Such features as a non-particulating Venturi vacuum system and isolated exhaust port prevent the introduction of contaminants into the cleanroom. Its foot pedal control allows “no touch” activation, and the retracting “Soft Touch” nozzle minimizes the need to handle a sample.

The Model 635 is engineered and manufactured for a long service life under the most demanding operating conditions. Its electronics are fully burn-in tested and matched to a rigid, welded steel case and the highest quality pneumatic components. This adds up to a tough machine that will perform for years, even in the harshest production environments.

Safety features include low pressure jaw closure, which precludes operator injury caused by pinching. Because jaws don’t heat until completely closed, the operator is protected from burns. An emergency ESC key immediately aborts operation and opens jaws.

Other standard features include multiple operational mode presets, vacuum gauge, thermal overload protection, product support tray, and free technical phone support. See below for optional Digital Temperature Control and Digital Gas Pressure Control, along with other available options. Compressed air supply source is required.

Why Choose Model 635?

Ergonomically Correct Operation: Retractable nozzle(s) reduce or eliminate product manipulation during sealing, increasing productivity and decreasing the risk of Cumulative Trauma Disorder (CTD).

Increased Productivity: The reversed vacuum/seal jaw design eliminates seal creases and hence the need for double bagging. Its hands-free operation allows the operator to prepare the next pouch while one is sealing.

Better Performance: Finer seal control is achieved through digital controls and high-accuracy heat and cool timers.

Longer Service Life: Robust design and construction withstand the worst shipping and handling shock and vibration.

Why Add Optional Temperature Control?

Repeatability: High-precision controls and sealing mechanisms create a perfect seal every time.

Validation: Temperature control is required in the Validation Process.

Enhanced Performance and Productivity: Heat control reduces material waste, minimizes wear on elements and Teflon, reduces downtime and maintenance costs, and eliminates warm-up cycles.

Why Choose Optional Digital or Pressure Regulated Vacuum Control?

Product Safety: Pressure-regulated vacuum control is necessary when packaging reels and other fragile or sharp objects.

Validation: In many cases, the Validation Process requires digital or pressure-regulated vacuum control.

Please contact your Terra representative for more information on these optional features.
