Model 635HP gas vacuum sealers are designed specifically for packaging moisture and oxygen sensitive products that require precise vacuum level and gas flush control, making it ideal for cleanroom use.  It’s equipped with a unique “Smart Pad” control center that allows the user flexibility of selecting seal process modes, and in the Gas-Vac model, up to 5 options in gas-vac-seal, vac-seal, seal only, vac-gas-vac-seal and vac-gas-seal with multi stage operation of 1 to 99 cycles. The Smart Pad also allows user control over cycle timers, cycle counter, manual override, maintenance alarms and password-controlled lock-outs.

The Model 635HP is cleanroom-friendly and features a no maintenance Venturi vacuum system that uses no moving parts and generates no particles. An isolated exhaust port prevents contamination of the surrounding area while its “no touch” foot pedal activation minimizes the need to handle samples.

A support tray securely holds the packaging film, and an electronic foot switch activator allows hands-free operation for faster loading and increased throughput. The operator initiates the sealing cycle by simply depressing the foot switch. This feature leaves the operator free to attend to other production activities until the sealing process is complete.

The portable design enhances application versatility. At 25-40 pounds (11.3 kg - 18.1 kg), the Model 5300 is a workhorse but needs only a 25" x 10" (635 mm x 254 mm) surface, for 20"-W (508 mm) seal. The model 5300 is available in seal lengths: 15”, 20”, & 25” (381 mm, 508 mm, & 635 mm). The 5400 is available in 20” & 25” (508 mm & 635 mm).

For packaging processes that require a vacuum sealer for moisture and oxygen sensitive materials, the Model 635 is 100% validatable. Options include digital temperature control, digital vacuum level control and calibration ports.
