Customer Service Associates work with customers who contact
Terra to check on their orders or to resolve delivery, product
performance and similar issues relating to their Terra orders.
Associates work with Terras Engineering Team to resolve
technical issues and with Production Management on delivery
schedules.
Customer Service Associates respond to customers' inquiries
and do not conduct cold calling or telemarketing operations.
Essentially all customer contact is via phone, e-mail and
fax. An important objective is to build good client relationships,
even when the customer is initially dissatisfied.

| Requirements: |
|
Customer Service Associates should be able to perform simple
calculations, such calculating prices from a list of cost
items and the like. Associates need basic skills with Microsoft
Windows, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook (or other
e-mail programs). Terra will train new Associates to use its
proprietary enterprise management system for CRM, Quote Management,
Order Entry and computerized fax and e-mail.
Excellent English is required; a second language is a plus.
Basic writing and math skills are required.

Work Schedule:
|
|
All Customer Service Associate positions are nonexempt and
full-time, with start times scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and
9:00 a.m. The sales facility is at 800 S. Raymond, Fullerton, CA. No travel. |

| Compensation: |
|
Customer Service Associates are paid a base and a monthly
performance pay. The performance pay is based total team sales
for the month.
Base plus performance pay over the past 10 months has averaged
an annual rate of $25,000 to $30,000.
Most positions start near the bottom of this range except
for candidates exceptionally well qualified by industry-specific
experience.

| Benefits: |

Annually, Terra provides one week of paid vacation, one week
of sick leave (which may be taken as vacation time), two floating
holidays and 10 paid holidays. Staff members become eligible
for these benefits after six months of employment. Medical
insurance is not paid by Terra but may be selected and paid
by the staff member on a pretax basis under a cafeteria
plan to cut costs by approximately 30%. A noncontributory
401K plan is in place. Employment is subject to pre-employment
drug screening, possible subsequent random screening and testing
after accidents or on other reasonable cause. Terra does not
pay relocation costs or agency fees of any kind.
