This oven is engineered to provide excellent vacuum and temperature performance for R & D, laboratory, and production operations over a long period of time—and at a very low price.

It features a 304 stainless steel interior and painted exterior that make it suitable for work with a wide variety of materials, including corrosive vapors. Durable epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coating contributes longer life and lasting value.

It is ideal for use in manufacturing and testing operations (such as wafer and chip drying) that won’t tolerate contamination. The walls contain over 2" (51 mm) of fiberglass insulation. An 8" (203 mm)-square tempered-glass observation window provides a full view of the chamber. High heat-resistant silicone door and window gaskets provide effective sealing; you may also select Buna-N gaskets in applications that involve volatile hydrocarbons.

A 0-30" vacuum gauge allows for easy reading of the vacuum. An adjustable thermostat with a calibrated indicator controls the contact heating elements which are clamped to the chamber’s exterior walls. An on/off switch with an indicator light is provided. Two metering valves provide fine adjustment of vacuum and bleed operations. A glass thermometer and two removable shelves are also included.
