Exhaust Containment Station is a versatile, modular workbench that
you can configure to meet a variety of requirements.
Animal Preparation Station
The standard system includes a quiet, low-vibration filter/blower
system that draws air away from the work area. 99.99% efficient
HEPA filters (rated at 0.3µm particles) remove sub-micron
contaminants to allow safe indoor exhaust release. Select activated
charcoal filters for removal of organic fumes and animal odors.
All internal surfaces are 304 stainless steel (316 SS also available),
which can be cleaned with most standard disinfectants. The external
housing is powder-coated steel. See "Deck Options" below
for additional work surface configurations.
Cage
Changing Station
A variety of deck options accommodate requirements for cleaning
cages and disposing of soiled bedding. Select either recessed
or perforated work surface, with water sprayer and air dryer for
easy wash-down of work deck and cages. A drain can be plumbed
to a waste water line or to a sealed, easy connect/disconnect
holding tank.
Call to discuss special requirements for waste chutes for soiled
bedding.
