This cart is designed specially for transporting delicate
semiconductor wafers. Its 5"-diameter high-modulus casters
provide smooth rolling on cleanroom floors. Two casters feature
brakes for secure positioning. The angled rod-top shelf optimizes
air flow, affords easy cleaning, and ensures secure wafer
box positioning during transit. For ESD safety, add an optional
aluminum split sleeve and drag cable. Shelf dimensions: 24"
x 30". Approx. shipping weight: 40 lbs. Note: These casters
are not recommended for over-the-road use or for wet or humid
environments.
