These Validatable Accu-Sealers give you absolute process
control for validation.
Model 530: Unsurpassed Uniformity
The new Model 530 Validatable Accu-Sealer provides uniform,
reliable seals without the need for adjustment of machine
settings in a production run. Its complete process control
capabilities makes it ideal for medical pouch sealing and
other critical applications. Since you have complete sealing
process control, you can eliminate production rejects and
rework. You will also reduce maintenance downtime and spare
parts inventory due to the extended life of the sealing head
components.
Standard built-in features include pneumatic jaw pressure
control, an electronic heat timer, and direct electronic digital
controls over seal temperature and jaw release temperature.
A support tray securely holds the packaging film, and an electronic
foot switch activator allows hands-free operation for faster
loading and increased throughput. The Tap-To-Start feature
allows the operator more freedom to increase production: the
operator initiates the sealing cycle by simply depressing
the foot switch momentarily. This feature leaves the operator
free to attend to other production activities until the sealing
process is complete.
The portable design enhances application versatility. At
25 pounds, the Model 530 is a workhorse but needs only a 25"
x 10" surface (for 20"-W seal).
Model 540: Built-In Compressor for
Plug’n Seal Operation
Like the Model 530 above, this Validatable Accu-Sealer gives
you Plug ‘n Seal, validated performance. Its process
control features make sealing fast and simple. By using the
release temperature, rather than a simple timer, you are assured
that each seal is exactly the same. Heat time and seal pressure
controls guarantee that results are operator-independent.
In addition to the features listed above, the Model 540 adds
a built-in compressor, and so requires no external compressed
air supply.
