Produced by a unique electro-mechanical process, these tungsten probes feature parabolic tips to minimize breakage. Contact resistance is also reduced because of electropolished tips. Available in a variety of configurations, these probe tips are used for all automatic and manual wafer probing units. Probe tips of 1 inch (25 mm) length are packaged in a box of 5.
