Isolated Overhead Control Case

The Overhead Control Configuration houses all controls in an isolated power case above the processing deck. Overhead placement prevents operators from inadvertently activating controls (a common problem in front-mount configurations) and also eliminates the need to reach across the deck, a potentially hazardous consequence of rear-panel mounting. A hinged top panels affords easy access to all electronics. Dimensions: 12"D x 5"H (305 mm x 127 mm), other sizes available to accommodate larger controls.

Note: This configuration is not compatible with Vertical Laminar Flow Hoods. Controls can also be isolated on a Side Control Module; call to discuss your application requirements.

Containment hood collects and condenses vapors

Containment Hood

Collects and condenses chemical vapors rising from the processing deck. Ideal for operations with rear-mount bath controls, since it shields an operator reaching over the deck to program a bath. Standard dimensions: 24"D x 18"H (610 mm x 457 mm), see chart for width.

Process baths can be configured in a single or double row to accommodate workflow. 		Custom Deck Configurations
Processing decks of standard Terra Wet Processing Stations are 23" (584 mm) deep. Standard decks can be also be customized to accommodate double-row configuration of large processing tanks, or to meet other special requirements for working height or controller position. Aspirator Aspirator
Made of polypropylene, this Venturi-style aspirator features .75"NPT male threads that attach to Terra's standard gooseneck faucet to draw liquids through .375"-(10 mm) ID diameter tubing (not furnished). Includes .25"-ID x 4.75"L (6 mm x 121 mm) polyethylene discharge tube. Maximum vacuum is 28.5" (724 mm) Hg; operates efficiently with water pressure as low as 7.5 psig (0.5 bar). Integral check valve eliminates vacuum loss after water is shut off. Ideal for cleaning up spills and for slow draining of process chemistries in a quartz bath. Price includes installation.
