Precision Cleaning Station
Manufactured of 304 stainless steel, this fully enclosed cleaning
station features three swing-up front access windows, made of
static-dissipative PVC, which allow easy loading and unloading
of wafer spin rinsers, solvent washers, and other cleaning equipment.
Waste fluids drain through a perforated work surface into
a reservoir for easy disposal. This station also includes
a side fresh air intake flange and a top exhaust flange.
Overall dimensions: 120"W x 36"D x 71"H. Custom sizes and
