Includes gas pressure regulator, control valve and instruments, a coalescing filter and carbon filter (to remove oil vapors and particles from the feed line, and moisture membrane)
Feed Air Pressure: 60 – 200 PSIG
Feed Air Temperature: 40°F (4°C) to 150°F (66°C) (75°F (24°C) recommended)
Power Requirement: Electricity required only for user-supplier air compressor/conditioner
Membrane filter is encases in 304 stainless steel case
Stainless steel compression fittings allow connection of incoming and outgoing air
Efficient membrane separation design never needs regenerating (unlike desiccant dryers)
Gives you control over outlet flow and dew point
Membrane-separation technology removes moisture from air stream with no moving parts or power requirements – just a source of compressed air
Compressed air enters the center of the fiber bundle at one end of the module under pressure; as it passes through the bundles, water vapor passes through the semipermeable membranes and is discharged
