Gel-filled channel on room-side replaceable filter forms a tight seal against knife edge on fan housing, allowing fast, simple filter replacement from inside the cleanroom without the need for costly cleanroom shut-down.

Room-side-replaceable HEPA filters drastically simplify filter replacement to keep your cleanroom operations running smoothly. The ceiling mounted FFU features easy-open clips allowing for filter replacement from within the airlock, without dismantling the entire FFU.

Non-uniform air speeds produce turbulence that can recirculate particles into the air stream. Unique WhisperFlow® FFU baffling system and anodized diffuser plate promotes uniform laminar airflow to minimize turbulence and effectively carry away contaminating particles.

Modular Cleanrooms include a status indicator light in each corner, which glows when fan/filter units are operating and blinks when they are inactive.

Exposure to loud noises can lower the ability to focus on work and listen selectively, which may also lead to safety issues. Typical AC units can be annoyingly loud, measuring in the range of 70 dB (comparable to a vacuum cleaner). Terra’s WhisperFlow design produces far lower noise levels for a quiet environment comparable to a library. At 90 ft/min output, units measure under 50 dB from only 1 ft away (roughly 75% quieter than 70dB).

The infinitely variable speed dial beneath the gauge allows precision speed adjustment of the HEPA FFU to achieve the desired pressure range.
