These modular tote boxes and dividers let you form exactly
the bin sizes you need for your stored materials. They can
be stacked with or without Snap-On lids—their rigid design
won’t put any weight on their contents.
They are vacuum-formed from sheets of high-density polyethylene.
This material is impervious to oils, most chemicals, rot,
solvents, and temperature extremes. Vacuum forming produces
a stress-free container with maximum resistance to cracking
from impacts and other environmental conditions.
Choose from a host of sizes and from two materials: black
conductive boxes typically offer a surface resistivity between
103 and 105 ohms/square, and blue static-dissipative
boxes provide a typical surface resistivity under 109
ohms/square (see specifications). Static-dissipative boxes
meet the minimum static decay specifications per MIL-B-81705B
and fall into Class 2 and Class 3 sensitivity levels defined
in DOD Handbook 263.

How to Order Modular Stacking Tote Boxes
Select the tote boxes (order minimum of 25 required) for your application
(notice that each size is available in either conductive
or static-dissipative high-density polyethylene).
- Select any corresponding dividers you require. “Length”
dividers run the length of the tote box; “Width”
dividers run the width. Dividers fit into the divider grooves
on each tote box, on 1.25" (32 mm) centers, and interlock to
form adjustable bin compartments of 1.125" x 1.125" (29 mm x 29 mm)
or multiples thereof.
