Terra's Portable CleanBooth™ provides a mobile, versatile mini-cleanroom wherever you need it! It is ideal for operations with probe stations, screen printers and other free-standing process equipment, as well as benchtop kitting or assembly.

FFU: Quiet, Reliable Operation

It consists of two modules: a fan/filter unit (FFU), which houses a particle filter, and a mobile support frame. The 2' x 3' and  2' x 4' FFUs include a HEPA filter, rated 99.99% efficient with 0.3 micron particles. The lightweight design of Terra's FFUs make them ideal for mounting either to the mobile frame or to any standard 2' x 4' (610 mm x 1219 mm) ceiling grid. An internal baffle system ensures uniform face velocity, and the 50 dBA noise rating is the best in the industry.

Fan/filter units add 13 inches to the overall height of portable CleanBooths.

Mobile Frame Support

The FFU is attached to a castered support frame for easy positioning at locations throughout your facility.

Fabricated of 1" x 2" (25 mm x 51 mm) square steel powder-coated members, it positions the filter face 70"(1778 mm) (or 83" (2108 mm) for 4' x 4') above the floor. The nonmarking castered wheels lock in place to keep the station where you need it. Its sturdy construction safely supports the FFU with minimal vibration. And because the frame does not come in contact with the bench top or service equipment, the blower vibration is effectively isolated from the work-in-progress.

Flexible Side Panels Restrict Air Flow to Optimize Cleanliness
Static-dissipatrive PVC vinyl side and rear panels enhance laminar flow.

Side softwall panels attach to the FFU by means of a unique, noncontaminating Grip-Track™ mounting system that eliminates cracks and seams where germs or particles can collect.

Ionizing Bar
Includes ionizing bar, power supply, and installation kit; Ionizing kit and FFU must be ordered together.

Work Benches

These benches have adjustable legs for work-surface heights of 25" to 34" above the floor. Several surface materials are available to meet specific applications. The epoxy-finished steel frame includes a stainless steel scuff guard on the lower leg member to prevent scratching and chipping.
