This positive-pressure configuration allows filtration of particles to ensure a uniform, contamination-free flow of air to the work surface. It thus provides a mini-cleanroom environment for particle-sensitive operations in microelectronics, biotech, and many other industries. To construct your system, select a stainless steel blower module and filter housing. Note that two of each housing are required for twin, 72"W or 90"W (1829 mm or 2286 mm) stations.

Select the appropriate blower for your application: a 740 CFM or a 1200 CFM (1257.27 m³/h or 2038.81 m³/h) variable speed impeller. The higher-output blower is recommended for applications with multiple filters or that require a high-level air flow. Finally, pick the filter(s) that provide the cleanliness rating you require (refer to the efficiency ratings below). The performance illustration provides specific information on the air flow each filter provides when used with the Terra blower module. Unless otherwise specified, blower/filter modules come installed as indicated in the illustration, with the higher-rated filter positioned downstream in the filter housing.
