Durable; resistant to corrosion, chemicals/solvents, and rust. Making it the preferred material wherever frequent cleaning and sterilization are required.
Anti-Static PVC
Anti-static PVC; controls static discharge, is both durable and low maintenance, and very easy to clean.
Clear Polyurethane
Provides temperature tolerance, liquid resistance, and noncontaminating properties. Designed for contact temperatures from -78.5°F to +450°F (-61.4°C to 232°C), in both wet and dry environments
Coated Steel
Offers excellent corrosion and chemical resistance while extending the life of the Steel
Epoxy Resin
Epoxy Resin; tested resistance to: damage from common organic compounds and volatile/non-volatile chemicals, bacteria and fungus; Heat deflection up to 325°F (167.2°C); Self-extinguishing surface; Non-absorbent and corrosion resistant; Non-reactive and low-sheen uniform finish
Polypropylene
Opaque (white) polypropylene resists most acids and alkalies
Fiberglass
Fiber glass is strong, long-lasting, non-conductive, radio frequency transparent, and it also absorbs sound waves.
Powder-Coated Steel
Powder-coated steel provides a high-quality clean and attractive aesthetic. The glossy white finish gives a spotless and well maintained appearance. It also helps spot dirty surfaces more easily. The advanced heat fused paint formulation seals cracks and crevices to provide a durable barrier against corrosion.
Glass
The non-porous surface of glass is easy to clean and resists most detergents, but electrostatic charges may accumulate on its surface
Laminate
Laminate is very durable while holding up to scratches, dents, fading and stains.
Static Dissipative PVC
Static Dissipative PVC: Safely conducts surface charges to ground, protects against particle aggregation, and has broad chemical resistance for easy sterilization.
Non-Conductive Laminate
Shares many characteristics with static-dissipative laminate, except surface resistivity. In surface resistivity tests, this laminate material measured between 4.1 x 1011 and 7.4 x 1012 (omega)/sq. It is generally resistive to most solvents as well as hot solder; however, mineral acids (such as hydrochloric, sulphuric, or nitric acid) should not be allowed to contact to laminate. This material is suitable for cleanroom use and will not outgas.
Polyethylene, Black
The most widely used of all polymers, polyethelyene offers high ductility and impact strenghth.
Powder Coated Steel
Powder-coated steel vessels are more economical than stainless steel and offer excellent corrosion resistance. However, they demsontrate higher evaporation rates, making them less suitable for extended storage.
Ionizing bars neutralize surface static charges, protecting sensitive materials and preventing particle buildup due to static cling.
UV-C Germicidal Systems
Economical, fast-acting germicidal UV-C systems kill a broad spectrum of bacteria, viruses and mold spores; safety timer and door interlocks prevent personnel exposure to harmful UV rays.
Ideal for Cleanrooms and Laboratory Use
Stainless steel base cabinets are ideal for ISO 5 Class 100 cleanrooms and labs with contamination sensitive work such as medical device, microelectronic, or pharmaceutical processes.
