  • Specified height is from the floor to filter face; FFUs add 13" (330 mm) overhead clearance to this measurement
  • To assure proper air flow and installation, allow an additional 11" (279 mm) between the top of the FFUs and the ceiling or other overhead obstruction (total of 24" (610 mm) between the cleanroom filter face and the surrounding facility ceiling)
  • Single-pass micro-filtered air creates a positive pressure to block ingress of contaminants; air exits through exhaust registers near floor level
  • Materials: Class C Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) internal mount hardwall panels, Powder-coated steel support frame, ceiling grid with mirror-finish stainless steel trim strips, and tempered glass window
  • Ideal for bio/pharmaceutical applications that require a clean, sterile environment
  • Smooth, sealed internal surfaces are impervious to moisture and free of cracks and crevices that can harbor contaminants, making them easy to clean and sterilize
  • No floor included; room should be installed on a flat, sealed, non-contaminating, non-porous, crevice-free surface and caulked along the internal perimeter
  • Alternatively, cleanroom flooring can be installed and coved to meet cleanroom walls
