Spray Guns: N2 & DI Water
Handy spray guns are ready sources of nitrogen or deionized water installed in locations to suit your process requirements.
Gooseneck Faucet
Angled to dispense water in a focused stream, this faucet is chemical-resistant PVC. Tip is tapered for tube connection.
Adjustable Rear Baffles
Adjust air flow direction, speed and volume by changing position of the easy-to-reach baffle plates at the rear of the station countertop.

† Because 60” (1524 mm)-wide units use FFUs of different sizes, air velocity measurements taken across the hood width may not be completely uniform. Select 48", 72" or 96" (1219 mm, 1829 mm, 2438 mm) widths if uniformity is required.

 
All-polypropylene models are compatible with most acids and other process chemistries. 304 stainless steel models are suitable for solvent cleaning. Both standard systems include a raised lip to contain spills.
Standard Wet Bench

Adjustable baffles on the wet cleaning station let you balance the flow of air between the front and the rear of the cleaning deck. Open completely to ventilate fumes away from the operator; close them to increase the volume of filtered air within the bench.

 
Terra offers the application of a gooseneck faucet that eliminates the contamination and corrosion that is commonly found with brass steel, aluminum and 304 stainless steel in distilled or ionized water. Spray guns are an additional application that assists in providing safe, convenient high-pressure dispensing of DI water. Sinks are available in three standard sizes and include a gravity drain (specify desired size). These sinks can be modified to meet your requirements. Carboys can be placed within the storage cabinet to collect all draining fluid for safe removal, as well as monitoring fluid level through a sight glass or an installed automated sensor. Carboys are made of chemical-resistant materials.

This Vertical Laminar Flow Station is the easy-to-use digital touch screen control interface. From this panel located above the benches’ working area, the status of light, back-pressure and FFU speed can be monitored and controlled
HEPA filters rated 99.99% efficient with particles 0.3 microns and larger in diameter. ULPA filters rated 99.990% efficient with particles 0.12 microns or larger in diameter.
