Powder-coated aluminum vacuum chambers offer better chemical resistance than acrylic chambers, particularly when using disinfectants, such as isopropyl alcohol, or sporicidal agents. Stainless steel vacuum chambers are more suitable for chemical, biopharmaceutical, and microelectronics applications with higher temperatures and/or corrosive chemicals.
