Smart® control system allows countless add-on capabilities: recessed LED or UV disinfection lamps, intercom, load presence sensors and camera, hands-free automatic door, access security system and more (order separately).
Electronic door interlock automatically prevents cross-contamination by preventing both doors from opening simultaneously.
LED status bar above the door alerts personnel that the interlock is engaged.
Wireless alert-chimes ring when a pass-through door is left open.
CleanMount® clamping mechanism allows installation flush with wall without drilling or wall penetration; prevents cleanroom shutdown for rapid servicing or replacement.
Door Design:
Lift-off doors can be removed for thorough cleaning and sterilization.
316-stainless steel, ergonomic LiftLatches ensure a snug door seal and spring open with a smooth pull.
Non-outgassing gasket mechanically adheres to the stainless steel door to form a tight-fitting, uniform seal.
PVC windows are chemical-resistant for frequent sterilization.

NOTE:
Turn refrigeration system off when not in use, including overnight. The Refrigerated pass-through is intended solely for short-term, controlled temperature transfer between controlled environments. It is not intended nor suitable for long-term storage of perishable or temperature-sensitive materials.
To prevent overheating of the compressor and evaporator coils, the refrigeration module’s air intake and exhaust vents must be clear of obstruction after installation.

Designed to be installed into any pass through. Install these racks within minutes with no special tools. Simply tighten a compression screw. Forgot to order racks before? No problem!
Stainless steel support brackets are recommended for pass-throughs deeper than 24". Brackets fasten to the wall and the body of the chamber rests upon the horizontal bar; no fasteners are used on the pass-through itself.
Removable CleanMount Pass-Through Racks and Shelves
Stainless steel CleanMount racks and shelves can be removed for cleaning and sterilization; won't produce contaminants like chrome-plated steel systems.
