Transparent Door
Transparent pass through doors with clear acrylic and static dissipative PVC options are offered in these ValuLine® Pass Throughs. Compression latch and steel reinforcements provides stability to the pass-through door.
Dual Expansion Latches
Swell-type latches provide a firm grip via smooth compression that does not scrape any surfaces, particularly when compared to rotary latches. The rubber collar ensures a quiet closure that also dampens vibrations.
Stainless Steel Door Guard
A stainless steel stiffener reinforces the door's leading edge to provide a better seal and protect against damage. These bars also provide additional support to the door latches.
Flush Mounted Chamber
The pass-through chamber mounts flush against the cleanroom-side wall to minimize horizontal surfaces where particles can collect. The main body of the pass-through extends outside of the cleanroom.

Support Brackets for Pass-Through Chambers
Stainless steel support brackets are recommended for pass-throughs deeper than 24". Brackets fasten to the wall and the body of the chamber rests upon the horizontal bar; no fasteners are used on the pass-through itself.
This stainless steel door stop limits the arc of the pass-through door's swing to 90°, preventing damage to wall, door latch and other components. Door stops can be adjusted to allow other angles.
