Since each pre-fabricated cleanroom component is tested and stocked, room pre-assembly is no longer required. Our lead times consist solely of the time it takes draw, package and ship the components to you.

Terra’s filter fan unit motors are rated for 5 years of continuous, 24/7 operation, if the HEPA filters are consistently replaced. To accurately monitor your HEPA filter’s saturation levels, purchase Terra’s audible and visual filter replacement alarm system.

Raised flooring is ideal for cleanroom classifications below ISO 5 to optimize vertical laminar fow.

Wall panels are mounted by clean and attractive mirror-finished stainless steel L-brackets that clamp the panel in place, creating a showcase cleanroom and allowing panel change-out in minutes, with no special tools.

Cleanroom wall panels include adjustable exhaust vents to help balance differential room pressure to achieve the desired ISO requirements.

Economical modular construction is ideal for multiple cleanroom suites with cascading pressures and ISO cleanliness levels. Rigid steel frame supports sections up to 30 feet wide without internal support columns or ceiling suspension cables.
