- To order FasTrak 24/7 service, ask your Sales Associate to include FasTrak 24/7 service and fee with your order.
- Terra's exclusive OnTrak service lets you track your order's progress through Terra's shops. OnTrak reports are available free on all orders under My Orders on your account.
- FasTrak 24/7 guarantees to meet the shipping date specified in the Estimated Shipping Date on page one of your order. Services include:
- - Assigning a dedicated senior expediter
- - Assigning a dedicated production team and up to three shifts per day, as agreed
- - Eliminating internal purchase approvals to speed receipt of parts and materials
- - Reporting order progress daily to senior management
- FasTrak 24/7 service fees cover costs of additional services only, without additional profit.
- Terra's FasTrak 24/7 limited guarantee is to ship on or before the date specified or to refund up to 100% of FasTrak 24/7 charges on the client's approved request. This guarantee does NOT cover direct, special, consequential or other damages and is strictly limited to 100% of the amount paid for FasTrak 24/7 service.
- The FasTrak 24-7 refund does not apply when a specified ship date is missed due to factors outside Terra's control (vendor performance, deliveries by shipping companies, etc.) and random factors (accidents).
