- Certified Filter Assurance:
- Filters purchased with verification are individually tested to confirm they meet performance specifications prior to shipment.
- If a certified filter is found to be defective upon delivery, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. After review, verified issues may qualify for a replacement at our discretion.
- To help us evaluate quickly, we may request photos of the packaging and filter condition upon arrival.
- Due to the sensitive nature of HEPA filters and risk of handling damage, refunds and general returns are not permitted.
