Hygienic and damage resistant full tempered glass doors are specifically designed for healthcare, pharmaceutical, and GMP manufacturing applications to help achieve FDA compliance. The outside surface of the tempered glass door is frameless to minimize cracks and crevices where particulates or microbes can colonize.

The back side of the glass doors feature a 316L stainless steel backing to extend the chamber's service life. The durable one-piece Santoprene gasket fits tightly around the glass door frame. It is detachable for more thorough cleaning or replacement. The electronic door interlock system is concealed between the double walls of the pass-through chamber with service panel on the exterior.

Custom door configurations are no problem. Install Smart pass-throughs in corner walls, with door swings in either direction.

Floor-mount pass-through chambers include dual-side stainless steel cart ramps, sloped on three sides, that are removable for easy cleaning.

Prevent operator damage! A green light bar indicates the door is available for use, with the electronic interlock disengaged. The bar turns red when the opposing door is open to indicate the electronic interlock is engaged.

Alarm bell rings when its assigned door is open (two bells per chamber); plugs into a standard wall outlet.

Instead of welded seams, the corners of the CleanMount® pass-through interior are coved to eliminate dust and germ traps. The lipless opening presents no clearance obstructions and further simplifies cleaning.
