- Warranty covers parts only of pass-through components and accessories, as determined by Terra, including interlocks, replacement doors, liftlatches, and hinges
- Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, malicious use, improper customer install, use of non-Terra replacement parts, alterations not approved by Terra and force majeure
- Certain parts may be excluded
- If service itemized on quote at zero quantity, price of service not included in quote total
