Stainless steel safety guard rails serve as thick protective physical barriers that extend horizontally along a wall.
Versatile safety rails can be designed to mount to wall or floor.
Install safety rails inside or outside cleanrooms around packing and storage areas, sensitive machines, conveyor lines, mezzanines, and along pedestrian walkways.
Heavy-duty 304 stainless steel rectangle tubing offers exceptional protection to resist impact, abrasion, moisture, spread of germs, and UV-rays. The tail ends of the crash rail are angled to help deflect corner impacts. The end caps are also continuously welded.
Wall-mount crash rails include "I" beams on the back side to fasten to vertical posts on Terra's modular cleanroom's. Modular design allows guard rails to be easily rearranged, removed, or replaced.
Fully-welded guard rails arrive ready-to-mount to minimize field work and reduce introduction of contaminants from assemblers and tools.
