Speed

Bi-Parting: Opens at a speed of 39"/sec (991 mm/sec), and closes at a speed of 14"/sec (356 mm/sec).

Single-Slide: Opens at a speed of 25"/sec (635 mm/sec), and closes at a speed of 10"/sec (254 mm/sec).

Size

Rite-Hite's Glider door comes in custom sizes.

Bi-Parting: The minimum size is 6'0" x 7'0" (1829 mm x 2134 mm); while the maximum is 10'0" x 10'0" (3048 mm x 3048 mm).

Single-Slide: The minimum size is 3'0" x 7'0" (914 mm x 2134 mm); while the maximum is 8'0" x 10'0" (2348 mm x 3048 mm).

Electrical Requirements

120V/1ph (20 Amp Service Required).

Panel Design

1.75" (45 mm) thick white fiberglass panel with stainless steel edge capping and insulated foam core. Flush vision panels and stainless steel 12" high kick-plates come standard.

Header Assembly

Header track assembly is aluminum (optional fully stainless steel). Available with standard multipiece stainless steel header shroud, with bolted seams and endcaps, or optional fully single piece, stainless steel header shroud. Electronic solenoid lock is optional.
