Slat Type: Flat Slats (UF), Insulated Flat Slats (UI), Large Contour Slats (LL), or Small Contour Slats (US)

Slat Gauge: Steel 18, 20, or 22 ga.; Stainless Steel 20 or 22 ga.

Operation: Fusible links automatically release to close the door at 165°F; descent can also be triggered by smoke and heat detectors, a building's alarm system, or SS90 fail-safe devices. All doors are easily resettable with a single-side release, resulting in dramatic savings in testing and resetting costs while minimizing downtime.

Closing Speed: Consistently controlled between 6-12" per second, resulting in a smoother, quieter, and safer descent. Doors of all sizes meet NFPA 80 requirements.

Counterbalance: Torsion-spring operated system enclosed in a structural steel barrel, effectively counterbalances the door for a minimum of 10,000 cycles.

Curtain Hood: Features rolled edges formed from 24 gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel with a flame baffle activated by a fusible link. Standard on FM-approved doors, optional on UL-approved doors.

Smoke Control: Guide with brush seal and header seal reduce smoke damage.

Bottom Bar: Curtain bottoms reinforced with a minimum of two steel angles for maximum durability. Bottom astragal included on all motor-operated doors.
