- Recommended valuable PE-stamped asset, can help alleviate seismic safety concerns in the event that permitting is required.
- Calculations and structural approvals made with reference to California Building Code.
- NOTE:
- Surcharge may apply for analysis of complex structures (over 9-feet high, over 2000 sq. feet, or including multiple internal rooms) or for structural approvals referencing codes other than the California Builder’s Code; call for quotation.
- This service can be specified only at the time the Terra Modular Cleanroom order is placed – cannot be ordered for installed structures.
