  • Features of benchtop FreeZone Lyophilizer:
  • Material: brushed stainless steel and glacier white powder-coated steel exterior, PTFE-coated stainless-steel collector coil and chamber, ¾" thick acrylic collector lid, silicone tubing, neoprene gasket
  • Moisture sensor: detects moisture in drain line and prevents refrigeration or vacuum start-up
  • Hot-gas defrost with auto shut off at +60° C (+140° F)
  • Vacuum control valve maintains vacuum level set point
  • Vacuum break valve bleeds air into system when power is shut off; automatic restart if power outage is less than five minutes; will not automatically restart if power outage is more than five minutes and collector warms above safe limits
  • Pump protection: automatically shuts down if 5 mBar is not reached during start up, patented drain line sensor detects moisture (before damaging pump), vacuum break valve prevents oil backstreaming during power outage
  • Conformance: UL Standard 61010-1, CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 61010-1
