Ideal for storage of particle-sensitive materials such as semiconductors, microelectronics, medical devices, and cleanroom supplies. The HEPA-filtered cabinet can also be used to dry or cure materials.

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) battery system:

UPS battery system provides a backup battery-power supply that keeps critical equipment running without interruption when utility power supply is unavailable.

Front panel LEDs alert you to a variety of performance conditions, including AC line present, automatic voltage regulation, UPS load level and replace battery.

For Power Outages: UPS Protects against all types of power problems including blackouts, brownouts, surges and line noise. In the event of a power outage, the UPS immediately activates without interruption. The UPS keeps your FFU running long enough to either: (1) safely store away contamination-sensitive materials and works-in-progress before shutting down operations, or (2) switch to a back-up power generator.

For Mobile Applications: Use the UPS to create a mobile battery-powered cleanroom on wheels to safely transport sterile materials through a dirty space. The UPS provides adequate time to transfer out of one cleanroom and relocate to another cleanroom in a different part of the facility. With the FFU mounted on top of the cabinet, the battery-powered system supplies uniform HEPA-filtered air flow to prevent airborne contamination while moving the cabinet through a dirty environment. Once the cart arrives at its destination, simply plug the system back into a wall outlet to recharge the batteries.

Smart® WhisperFlow® Cleanroom FFU mounted above cabinet provides wider flow range (110 to 1117 CFM). Infinitely variable speed control simplifIes air balancing.

High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filter: 99.97% efficient at 0.3µm particle diameter.

Electronically commutated (EC) brushless motor with internal microprocessor offers high performance, low energy consumption and low noise levels (40 dB).

Single pass HEPA-filtration adds a layer of protection against contamination for materials being transferred. The bottom of the cabinet is perforated to allow vertical laminar airflow.

Optional ULPA filter allows for ISO 4 Class 10 particle control.

Cabinet Design:

Opaque white polypropylene construction offers the best resistance to a wide range of corrosive acids, solvents, and disinfectants. The solid frame and walls feature continuous-seam welds for easy cleaning and maximum protection against chemical splashes and spills.

Access doors with 304 stainless steel reinforced frames extend cabinet's service life and provide a tight seal.

Locking handles feature heavy-duty steel bolts that extend vertically through the door to firmly shut the cabinet and ensure the doors do not accidentally creep open.

Santoprene® "e"-shape non-outgassing rubber gasket firmly compresses to eliminate leaks. The one-piece resilient rubber gasket maintains its shape after compression and won't flatten, warp, crack, or degrade like ordinary foam gasket. Gasket is also mechanically attached to the door frame to avoid adhesive failure common with gasket tapes.

Chemical-resistant, static-dissipative PVC windows prevent static-clinging of particulates.

(2) Adjustable reinforced and perforated shelves allow vertical laminar airflow. The shelves position in 1" (25 mm) increments to suit your storage needs. The third shelf is not adjustable and is fixed to the bottom of the cabinet.

Integrated stand elevates cabinet off floor to improve accessibility, and simplify cleaning under and around the unit.

Rolling casters create a portable storage solution with hassle-free mobility.
