- All filter sales are final; returns cannot be accepted due to the sensitive nature of HEPA filters. Leak tested filters may qualify for limited replacement if a defect is identified upon delivery.
- Replacement guideline: The filter should typically be replaced when the pressure drop (airflow resistance) has increased to about twice the initial level.
