  • White glove delivery service includes:
  • Inside delivery to the designated room on the first floor of your facility.
  • Safe handling by a professional two-person delivery team using standard material handling equipment, including a liftgate truck, pallet jack, appliance dolly, and furniture dollies, as required.
  • Placement of the product in your requested location.
  • Unpacking and removal of packaging materials.
  • Removal and disposal of boxes, pallets, and other shipping debris.
  • Eligibility & Requirements
  • White-Glove Delivery is available for products that meet all of the following requirements:
  • Shipment requires freight transportation and is not eligible for standard parcel delivery.
  • Packaged shipping unit weighs 250 lb (113 kg) or less.
  • Packaged shipping unit measures no more than 96 in. (2438 mm) along its longest side.
  • Unpacked product fits through a standard 36 in. commercial doorway.
  • Product can be safely handled by a two-person delivery team using standard delivery equipment.
  • Clear, unobstructed access is available from the building entrance to the final destination.
  • Delivery location is on the first floor of a commercial facility.
  • Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements, including:
  • Second-floor or higher deliveries.
  • After-hours, weekend, or scheduled appointment deliveries.
  • Restricted access, stairs, elevators requiring special coordination, or other non-standard site conditions.
  • Extended carry distances or other services beyond the standard scope.
  • Deliveries requiring specialized equipment or rigging, including forklifts, cranes, machinery skates, or other non-standard material handling equipment.
  • Note:
  • Terra Universal reserves the right to determine White-Glove Delivery eligibility based on product size, weight, configuration, packaging, and site accessibility. Products that do not meet the published eligibility requirements may not qualify for standard White-Glove Delivery and may require specialized handling, additional personnel, or alternative delivery services.
