Product Details

  • Performance Data and Submittals
  • Customer must determine if filter system leakage testing is required for their application. This unit is not full seam welded. If a leak test is required, full seam welded units leak-tested to meet ISO 14644-3 are optionally available.
  • High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filter: 99.99% efficient at 0.3µm particle diameter
  • Room-Side Replaceable (RSR) design allows quick filter replacement from the inside of the cleanroom. Because it eliminates the need for roof access or breaching the cleanroom, an RSR model greatly reduces maintenance time and costs.
  • Gel-sealed filter seats securely against a knife-edge on the fan housing
  • Easy-open clips allow fast filter replacement from the room side without breaching the cleanroom ceiling
  • Filter shipped uninstalled to prevent shifting in the mounting gel that could cause leaks.
  • AC 3-speed blower motor
  • FDA-approved silicone sealant
  • Internal baffling plate and diffuser panel provide quiet uniform air flow across the filter face
  • 1/4-20 UNC threaded inserts on corners to allow suspension by guy-wires
  • MERV 7 pre-filter, 30% ASHRAE rated
  • Low-profile design is ideal for cleanrooms with limited ceiling space
  • Removable yellow power cord with 4-pin connector for easy installation to Terra cleanrooms (connector may be used with an optional wall plug adapter; or  may be removed entirely to hard-wire the FFU)
