The unique SweepSONIK2D generators drive the universal
transducer at 40, 72, 104, or 170kHz. The generators include
patented DualSWEEP technology to provide the safest and most
efficient ultrasonic cleaning and processing. With DualSWEEP
control, the sweep rate is constantly changing among optimum
values (± 2 kHz of nominal value). This eliminates the
possibility of damaging a part by resonating it at a single
sweep frequency. Each generator includes a front-mounted power
control knob and the ability to remotely activate the unit through
a contact closure.
MultiSONIK Generator: Industry's
First Selectable, Multiple-Frequency Generator
The MultiSONIK generator is an advanced digital ultrasonic
generator with the ability to select single or multiple frequencies
for a single process tank. Featuring patented DualSWEEP technology,
it operates at 40, 72, 104 or 170 kHz frequencies according
to a predetermined sequence, or it can be programmed to alternate
randomly between frequencies using the PLC controller (order
separately).
With a multi-frequency generator driving the unique universal
transducer included with each tank, cleaning performance is
optimized to a level not previously achievable with conventional
ultrasonic cleaning. This new, advanced technology revolutionizes
sub-micron particle removal in the critical cleaning of semiconductors,
flat panel displays, disk drive components, and assemblies,
optics and more. MultiSONIK technology permits the exposure
of components to a selectable or continually changing array
of application-specific ultrasonic cleaning frequencies from
just one generator to optimize your precision cleaning.
The heavy-duty 14-gauge 316L stainless steel tanks are functional,
durable and sleek. High-efficiency piezoelectric transducers
are metallurgically bonded to the bottom of the tank for superior
service. The large upper flange permits easy workbench mounting.
Includes a tank drain and valve in stainless steel. Select
