Double-Wall
Steel Construction
Available in 304/316 stainless or powder-coated
steel, these free-standing structures require no
external supports. Radius corners make them easy
to wipe down with industry-standard disinfectants.
Offset air vents minimize the chance of cross-contamination.
Rigid hollow wall provides an effective, economical
make-up air chamber in air-conditioned clean rooms.
Stainless steel floors are also available.
Single-Wall Construction
External steel support frame is completely free-standing.
Internal panels provide smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces.
Available in acrylic*, glass, static-dissipative
PVC and polypropylene to meet a wide range of requirements
for visibility and chemical resistance.
*Acrylic is damaged by alcohol and other cleaning agents.
Antimicrobial Coatings — Available for stainless
steel models, this durable coating suppresses the growth
of bacteria, molds, fungi and other microbes.
Positive-Pressure
Rooms
Feature ceiling-mounted, low-vibration Filter/Fan Units
(FFUs) with either HEPA or ULPA filters. Air exhausts
through floor-level vents. Double-wall steel models
feature offset exhaust vents to minimize the chance
of contaminants.
Exhaust HEPA filters can be added to minimize particulate
flow into the surrounding environment. (For operations
with hazardous materials, select a negative-pressure
ventilation room.)

Ventilation Rooms
Ensure a clean processing environment and prevent contamination
of the external environment.
Air enters the cleanroom through HEPA filters mounted
to the cleanroom walls. It is drawn upward through exhaust
HEPA filters mounted on the ceiling grid. Exhaust can
be either recirculated into the surrounding room or
collected into a central exhaust system.

designed to accommodate standard HEPA FFUs (Filter/Fan
Units), lights, and ionizing modules (see previous pages
for ordering information).

pharmaceutical samples, medical devices, and other contamination-critical
materials.
The
double-wall stainless steel surfaces are ideal for aseptic
applications that require wipe-down with germicides
that damage plastic panels. Panels are precision-joined
with anti-bacterial gaskets to ensure smooth surfaces
that won't harbor contaminants. Select among the standard
