This negative-pressure system is designed to ventilate fumes
to your in-house exhaust system, usually by means of an exhaust
duct.
If your facility includes a negative pressure exhaust system,
you can order a flange adapter panel for any of the Universal
Hoods, in a variety of materials and sizes (see below). This
panel provides a flange for connection of an exhaust duct
directly from the hood to your exhaust system.
Or, if no exhaust fan is present, order a blower module
out of either of the materials offered below. The blower
housing contains a 1200 CFM impeller mounted
for negative-pressure applications. The blower housing
comes with a 8"-diameter x 1" high flange (made of the
same material as the housing you specify) for exhaust
ducting; other sizes may also be ordered. For twin stations
(72"W or 90"W), two blower housings are generally required
for adequate exhaust venting.
Select Adapter Panel for connection to in-house ventilation
