Airborne Particle Counter
(For Detecting
Particles to 0.1 Micron)
- Features particle sensitivity down to 0.3 or 0.5
microns at 1.0 CFM flow rate
- Available with two, four, five, or six particle size channels
- Performs Fed-Std-209E calculations on all size channels
simultaneously
- Sample time is selectable from one second to 24 hours
- Includes memory for 400 count cycles of data
- Built-in printer creates records of counts in several
formats
- Includes beeper alarm for easy audible detection of particles
throughout your facility
These reliable, easy-to-operate instruments provide the sensitivity
to monitor particle counts down to 0.3 microns, enabling you
to verify even the most rigorous cleanliness requirements.
Multiple size channels give you flexibility to monitor at
several particle diameters, using the same particle counter.
A quiet, carbon-free pump provides steady vacuum power at
1.0 CFM for rapid sample times. The built-in printer
prints as you work, or you can also "smart" print
stored count data as counts-per-cubic foot, total counts,
or Fed-Std-209E calculations. Data can be stored with numerical
location labels (0 - 999).
The bright LED display makes reading the data easy and error-free.
The display shows particle counts in either cumulative or
differential modes, as well as the values from the optional
probes for humidity, temperature and air velocity. All operational
features are accessed from a simple, well organized front
panel. A programming feature includes the storage of sampling
parameters for each location.
These features make this the perfect instrument for monitoring
cleanroom cleanliness or performing cleanroom certifications.
