These are the ideal air
compressors for critical applications that require cleanliness
and quiet, reliable operation.
They are the quietest air compressors
available. Operating at a decibel level of less than 45dB/A,
they are typically no louder than an average conversation.
This advanced acoustical engineering allows you to locate
them as close as you like to your application.
They are also clean. They feature a reciprocating
design and include a dual filtration regulator, providing
clean, high-quality air to your application. Outlet air
is filtered to 0.01 micron using a coalescing filter element,
which also drains moisture automatically when there is a
pressure differential across the line.
These rugged air compressors are
built to provide years of quality performance. The compressor
pump and receiver are fabricated of cast iron, and the inside
of the receiver is powder coated to prevent rusting. Each
of the pistons and cylinders is manufactured to precise
tolerances, ensuring that every unit performs to specifications.
Operation of these systems is as
simple as plugging the unit in and turning the switch to
the ON position. The air compressors are analog and supplied
with standard electrical connections for easy hook-up to
your power supply. Air outlet fittings are .25" NPT (female).
Once turned ON, the units will build up pressure to 120
psi and then automatically turn-off. Once the pressure falls
to 90 psi, the system will start up and pump again to 120
psi. This 30 psi pressure differential offers the convenience
of safe, continuous operation, without the need to power
down. The compressor will only operate when air is taken
from the receiver.
These air compressors are available in
110 or 220-volt configurations and six models to meet your
specific air compression requirements. All models come with
a two-year warranty.
