A Storage System That Grows With You
The strength and rigidity of these cabinets provide support for heavy screen frames; shelves hold up to 200 pounds over an extended period of time without bowing. They also keep stored screen frames organized, clean—and easy to get at! The practical, modular design makes it easy to select a system for your application.

Cabinets are available with adjustable chrome-plated storage racks that accommodate many different sizes of screen frames. Each chamber includes 304 stainless steel racks mounted along the top and bottom. Slots in these racks accept 304 stainless steel wire supports, which hold screen frames securely in position. You create custom frame holders by positioning supports of the proper size to accommodate the width and height of your screen frame (see ordering table for information on the maximum and minimum frame sizes for each cabinet).

This design lets you use a single cabinet to store frames of different sizes and thicknesses­and eliminates the frustration and expense of more cabinets than you need. But their modular design makes it easy and economical to expand your screen frame library as your needs grow. You can begin with a single cabinet and then add more later; or, you can select a larger cabinet right from the start. Cabinets are available up to four tiers high, and they can be stacked, bench-mounted, or arranged in storage aisles.

The unique double-door design minimizes floor space needed in front of the cabinet to access any frames inside. And the hardy, chrome-plated throw-over hinges allow the doors to open fully without exceeding the width of the cabinet, permitting cabinets to be positioned snugly next to each other. These hinges are also spring-loaded and, together with gaskets, ensure a tight seal and offer a clean environment for your screens.

Both designs include front access doors of either acrylic or static-dissipative PVC, which helps control particles by eliminating static charges that attract them. With static-dissipative PVC, you can be sure that cabinets will remain clean, inside and out.

Rugged stands are available that are specifically designed to support the Universal Screen Storage System (see ordering table). They raise the cabinets 4" off the ground for more convenient access and are tough enough to withstand the weight of fully-loaded cabinets. Optional casters let you move the storage system from storage area to screen printer.

Adjustable 304 Stainless Steel Wire Frame Supports
These .187"-diameter 304 stainless steel supports can be positioned in the slotted racks to form holding bins for many frame sizes. Small supports are advised for the bottom rack. For the top rack, select small supports with large screen frames and larger supports with smaller screen frames (see illustration). Supports are adjustable on .25 " centers (racks are included with cabinets).
